The program “Echoes Across Borders” will provide participants from Kosovo and Serbia with a unique opportunity to engage with peers from Serbia and Kosovo, fostering a space for the exchange of personal experiences, perspectives, and inherited narratives – both those embraced and those actively challenged within their communities. In doing so, participants will also be introduced to foundational concepts of transitional justice and reconciliation, gaining critical insight into the legal, historical, and social frameworks that shape post-conflict societies in the Western Balkans.

This program is for young people, aged 18-30, from Serbia and Kosovo, and will be held in Prishtinë from June 9th to June 15th, 2025. During those seven days, the participants will have the opportunity to learn more about storytelling, peace-building, as well as the concept of interculturalism. Furthermore, participants will have the chance to improve their skills that will assist them in presenting their ideas. Through intercultural dialogue, this program aims to empower young people to take a more active role in the reconciliation process and dealing with the past, as well as creating a safe space for participants to work together towards peace.
