The internal dialogue on Kosovo should not start from the zero point as if there were no previous negotiations. The executive is obliged through dialogue to remind the public of the already taken international obligations on the basis of which policy towards Kosovo should be created. Youth Initiative for Human Rights (Initiative) sent a letter to the executive and legislative authorities offering suggestions to improve the forthcoming internal dialogue on Kosovo. The dialogue cannot be staged pro formae, but recognized as a unique opportunity to change the attitude of Serbian public towards Kosovo which should no longer be based on myths and falsification of reality.
President Vucic's strategy to announce the internal dialogue on Kosovo in May without any first talking points, without the established framework, without even participating in it, succeeded completely, and soon, out of the all possible interlocutors, he will remain the only one, which is the most comfortable position for him.
