Twenty young activists in the field of transitional justice gathered in Vršac, Serbia from five post-conflict countries in the region – Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro to share experiences, network and discuss – but most importantly to continue to learn new skills and gather knowledge.

Citizens must know the content of the agreement on opening secret archives between Serbia and Kosovo
The Youth Initiative for Human Rights Serbia (YIHR Serbia) and the Youth Initiative for Human Rights Kosovo (YIHR Kosovo) demand from the negotiating teams of Belgrade and Pristina to publish a document in Serbian and Albanian on the exchange and / or opening of secret archives as soon as possible. And above all, the families of the missing need to be informed about further steps in the search for missing persons.
