Have you finished your undergraduate/master’s studies, or are you near the end, and looking to take the first steps in your professional development? Are you searching for an internship to improve your skills or gain work experience that will help you secure your first job? Do you want to learn more about civil society in Pristina while contributing to the normalization of relations between the two communities? If some of those questions resonate with you then this might be the right opportunity for you. We offer a three-month paid internship program in Pristina, for which you can apply until the 18th of February, via the link. The program is scheduled to begin on March 3, 2025

Selected interns will have the opportunity to participate in the work of civil society organizations, working on interesting projects and gaining knowledge in several areas:

  • Research and data analysis
  • Advocacy and communication
  • Project management
  • Networking and establishing partnerships
  • Event organization

The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

  • Be between 18 and 30 years old
  • Be interested in working in civil society and in topics related to Kosovo and Serbia
  • Have excellent English language skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Be capable of both independent work and teamwork
  • Be flexible and easily adaptable to a multicultural environment
  • Previous experience in the civil sector is desirable

  • Commitment to the tasks they will work on during the internship
  • Participation in the entire three-month paid internship program

The paid three-month internship includes coverage of travel expenses (specifically traveling toPristina) and accommodation costs during the internship period.
