Why Volunteer at Belgrade Pride?
Volunteering at the most important protest for LGBTIQ+ rights in Serbia is an opportunity to contribute to:
- the promotion of human rights and freedoms,
- strengthening solidarity and community,
- fighting discrimination and violence,
- building a safer, fairer, and more inclusive society.
Volunteers are a key part of Pride – through their engagement, they support the organization of the event, assist participants, help with preparations, and foster the spirit of community that makes Belgrade Pride so unique.
Get to Know Pride
Before Pride Week begins, volunteers will have the chance to participate in a special preparatory program, including workshops, conversations with human rights experts, and practical workshops that will help you get ready for volunteering and better understand the broader context of the struggle for LGBTIQ+ rights.
Who Can Apply?
The call is open to all people who:
- want to contribute to the fight for human rights,
- believe in equality, freedom, solidarity, inclusivity, and non-violence,
- want to learn, meet new people, and be part of positive social change.
You don’t need any previous volunteering experience – we’re here to learn and grow together! 🙌
