During the meeting organized on the occasion of the twentieth working anniversary of the ‘Lokal pres’, it was pointed out that it was unacceptable to see the front pages of the present-day magazines resembling to the front pages in the nineties, covered with war like articles and hate speech. They urged the government representatives to clearly distance themselves from that reporting style, otherwise it could be mean they were supportive of that kind of editorial politics. Assembly participants drew attention of editors and journalists to the possible consequences of inappropriate reporting of their magazines, and requested from them to follow ethical and professional standards.
