Up to twenty selected young people from three countries will participate in a year- long programme with offline activities taking place in Tirana, Skopje and Belgrade. Throughout the year they will undergo series of offline and online training sessions with experienced mentors from Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia, spend up to one week in all three capitals – Tirana, Skopje and Belgrade – mastering their research skills, meeting decision makers and activists, wrapping up their policy papers while getting to know other fellows and their culture and tradition, and learn how to independently implement effective, data-driven advocacy initiatives on a national level.
Selected participants will have a stipend that will cover travel, accommodation, allowances, and work on a policy paper. In addition, selected advocacy actions will be financially supported with mini grants.
The working language of all activities will be English.
