The three-month internship program, for which you can apply until October 18, 2024, via the link, is the perfect opportunity for youth who want to spend three months in Kosovo working on socially significant topics. The program is scheduled to start on November 4, 2024.
Selected interns will have the opportunity to participate in the work of civil society organizations, working on interesting projects and gaining knowledge in several areas:
- Research and data analysis
- Advocacy and communication
- Project management
- Networking and establishing partnerships
- Event organization
The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Be interested in working in civil society and in topics related to Kosovo and Serbia
- Have excellent English language skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Be capable of both independent work and teamwork
- Be flexible and easily adaptable to a multicultural environment
- Previous experience in the civil sector is desirable
