The Youth Initiative for Human Rights has submitted the application, under the Article 6 and Article 10 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, for refusal of the Security Information Agency to provide certain information regarding the number of people who were subjected to electronic surveillance and for ignoring final and binding decision of the Commissioner for information of public importance.
