Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb reflektuar n\u00eb \u00e7do fjalim t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve serb\u00eb, t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga Presidenti Vu\u00e7iq. Nj\u00eb qasje e till\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur sukses negociatat dhe mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar n\u00eb an\u00ebn e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb brendshme. Fundi i fushatave zgjedhore dhe nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb absolute e dy t\u00eb tretave t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb SNS n\u00eb Parlament duhet t\u00eb sh\u00ebnoj\u00eb fillimin e<br \/>\nnj\u00eb faze t\u00eb re lidhur me politik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, e cila duhet t&#8217;i kushtohet arritjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr paqen e q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb rajon. Nuk ka hap\u00ebsir\u00eb \u200b\u200bapo justifikime q\u00eb do t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbenin opinionit nacionalist.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia dhe detyra e Presidentit Vu\u00e7iq nuk q\u00ebndron vet\u00ebm n\u00eb n\u00ebnshkrimin e nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje detyruese me Kosov\u00ebn, larg nga syri i publikut, n\u00eb Washington D.C, Bruksel apo Paris. \u00cbsht\u00eb e domosdoshme q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria serbe t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb, pranoj\u00eb dhe respektoj\u00eb \u00e7do marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet &#8211; kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb garancia e vetme p\u00ebr paqen e q\u00ebndrueshme. Qytetar\u00ebt e Serbis\u00eb meritojn\u00eb t\u00eb ndalojn\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrohen ndaj toksicitetit n\u00eb media dhe t\u00eb nxisin urrejtje ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre dhe vendeve per\u00ebndimore t\u00eb cilat po marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb konstruktive n\u00eb dialog.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb thelb t\u00eb pajtimit midis njer\u00ebzve q\u00ebndron besimi, dhe ai thjesht nuk mund t\u00eb arrihet pa besim nga ana e dy pal\u00ebve negociuese. P\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb ne vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb mohojm\u00eb krimet e kryera n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe t\u00eb festojm\u00eb gjeneral\u00ebt q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi si komandant\u00eb p\u00ebr ato krime, nuk mund t\u00eb presim nj\u00eb deg\u00eb ulliri nga ana tjet\u00ebr. Po k\u00ebshtu, komuniteti serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb besoj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm multietnik kur viktimat civile serbe jan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb pas dore dhe harrohen, kur edhe ajo p\u00ebrpjekje nj\u00eb minut\u00ebshe e nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme dhe p\u00ebrkthimi i njoftimeve dhe dokumenteve t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbe &#8211; nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb politika, media dhe elitat e tjera q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb at\u00eb dinamik\u00eb mosbesimi p\u00ebr dekada, si p\u00ebrmes veprave t\u00eb tyre ashtu edhe me munges\u00ebs s\u00eb veprimit t\u00eb tyre &#8211; por kryesisht p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb propagande t\u00eb hapur.<\/p>\n<p>E kaluara nuk mund t\u00eb ndryshohet, por qasja jon\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs formon t\u00eb ardhmen ton\u00eb. N\u00ebse tregojm\u00eb turp dhe keqardhje p\u00ebr episodet m\u00eb t\u00eb err\u00ebta t\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb, do t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb shans p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme ku besimi dhe bashk\u00ebpunimi jan\u00eb t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb, t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Nisma e t\u00eb Rinjve p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut mb\u00ebshtet fuqimisht rolin e intensifikuar t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb negociatat Serbi-Kosov\u00eb. Roli i leht\u00ebsuesit \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar t\u00eb jet\u00eb joefektiv n\u00eb vitet e kaluara; BE duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb motivuese dhe forc\u00eb shtyt\u00ebse p\u00ebr arritjen e nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb vlerat evropiane si paqen, demokracin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut, dhe nj\u00eb koncept t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, jo n\u00eb kombe.
