Deklarata e djeshme e Presidentit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, Vu\u00e7iq n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai kujtoi se \u201cpuna e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e harrojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dat\u00eb dhe se ne i respektojm\u00eb viktimat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve\u201d nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me politikat q\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb, si dhe mesazhet q\u00eb p\u00ebrcjellin p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e Serbis\u00eb e cila vazhdon t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb kriminel\u00ebt e d\u00ebnuar t\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Gjithashtu, Fondi p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn Humanitare ka vite q\u00eb ia kujton publikut t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar falje dhe d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblyer shum\u00eb qytetar\u00eb, refugjat\u00eb t\u00eb at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm nga Kroacia, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin arrestuar nga ana Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe dor\u00ebzuar pushteteve t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb at\u00ebhershme t\u00eb Krajin\u00ebs Serbe (RSK) ose nj\u00ebsis\u00eb paramilitare \u201cGarda Vullnetare Serbe\u201d t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga Zheljko Razhnatoviq Arkan, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, si rregull, d\u00ebrgoheshin n\u00eb linjat e para t\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Mobilizimet e tilla me forc\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin shkeljen m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb Konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb p\u00ebr statusin e refugjat\u00ebve, n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve rezultuan me humbje jet\u00ebsh ose l\u00ebndimet e r\u00ebnda trupore dhe pasojat psikologjike p\u00ebr meshkujt e mobilizuar.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse gjat\u00eb krimeve n\u00eb operacionin Stuhi ne nuk ishim lindur akoma ose ishim n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebri t\u00eb hershme, jemi t\u00eb vendosur q\u00eb mos t\u2019i harrojm\u00eb kurr\u00eb. Na vjen turp jo vet\u00ebm sepse k\u00ebto krime jan\u00eb kryer, por sepse politikan\u00ebt nga Kroacia dhe Serbia i p\u00ebrdorin p\u00ebr grindjet e tyre<\/p>\n<p>t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjellta dhe manipulimet keqdash\u00ebse dhe sepse institucionet e shteteve tona nuk u jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur k\u00ebtyre krimeve n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parimet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht nuk kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb mjaft p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblyer viktimat. Nuk duam t\u2019u l\u00ebm\u00eb gjeneratave t\u00eb ardhshme nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb ngarkuar me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe ndarjet e trash\u00ebguara, por duam t\u00eb veprojm\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshme n\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb realizimit t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit dhe pajtimit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe Kroacis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ftojm\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kroacis\u00eb :<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Q\u00eb Kryeministri dhe Presidentja t\u2019u k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb falje t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb viktimave t\u00eb krimeve t\u00eb kryera nga forcat e RK gjat\u00eb dhe pas operacionit Stuhi. Ndihm\u00ebn mund t\u2019u jap\u00eb Udh\u00ebzuesi p\u00ebr politikan\u00ebt \u201cSi t\u00eb k\u00ebrkosh falje p\u00ebr krimet\u201d i hartuar nga Nisma e t\u00eb Rinjve p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut n\u00eb Kroaci.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Q\u00eb Prokuroria e Shtetit dhe gjykatat t\u00eb investojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje n\u00eb procedimin e krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs gjat\u00eb dhe pas operacionit Stuhi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Q\u00eb t\u2019u p\u00ebrkushtohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi ngjarjeve t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb shkeljet e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut n\u00eb lidhje me operacionin Stuhi, n\u00eb programet shkollore arsimore t\u00eb historis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtohet dhe leht\u00ebsohet procesi i kthimit t\u00eb refugjat\u00ebve n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre, gj\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin realizimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pron\u00ebs, strehimin, rinovimin e pron\u00ebs s\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar dhe zgjidhjen e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb statusit t\u00eb t\u00eb kthyerve.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, ftojm\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Serbis\u00eb q\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 T\u00eb rregulloj\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht statusin e viktimave civile t\u00eb luft\u00ebs sipas modelit t\u00eb propozuar nga Fondi p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn Humanitare n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblehen edhe viktimat e Stuhis\u00eb, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblyer viktimat e tjera t\u00eb konflikteve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb falje, nd\u00ebrsa Qeveria e Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblimin e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulur nga Kroacia n\u00eb vitin 1995 q\u00eb ishin mobilizuar me forc\u00eb nga ana e policis\u00eb dhe formacioneve paramilitare.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e saj t\u00eb pushojn\u00eb s\u00eb promovuari politik\u00ebn nacionaliste n\u00eb ceremonit\u00eb zyrtare t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtimit, duke p\u00ebrdorur plag\u00ebt e t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulurve nga Stuhia.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dyja shteteve u k\u00ebshillojm\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtimin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb vuajtjeve t\u00eb Stuhis\u00eb, respektimin e vendimeve gjyq\u00ebsore dhe t\u00eb fakteve t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuara para Gjykat\u00ebs Penale Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr ish-Jugosllavin\u00eb dhe Gjykat\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb
