Vendosja e barr\u00ebs mbi organizator\u00ebt n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb merren me huligan\u00ebt dhe d\u00ebshtimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar tubimin \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr rendit ligjor dhe kushtetues t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb si dhe kund\u00ebr standardeve e praktikave n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Evropiane p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb lin\u00e7uese e lansuar kund\u00ebr festivalit \u201cMir\u00ebdita, Dobar Dan!\u201d n\u00eb Serbi u udh\u00ebhoq pik\u00ebrisht nga ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit dhe t\u00eb promovojn\u00eb paqe e normalizim, P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Ministri i Kultur\u00ebs (Nikola Selakoviq), Ministrja i Mir\u00ebqenies Familjare dhe Demografis\u00eb (Milica Gjurgjeviq-Stamenkovski), Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri i Serbis\u00eb (Aleksandar Vulin), Kryetari i Beogradit (Aleksandar Sapiq) dhe Ministri i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme (Ivica Daqiq), t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb rend, ishin nd\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb nxit\u00ebn urrejtje, jotoleranc\u00eb dhe i dhan\u00eb z\u00eb lin\u00e7imit, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht \u00e7oi n\u00eb ndales\u00ebn zyrtare t\u00eb festivalit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Festivali \u201cMir\u00ebdita, Dobar Dan!\u201d nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb armiku i shtetit, por huligan\u00ebt me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shteti \u00ebsht\u00eb rreshtuar dhe p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebve ka d\u00ebshtuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb obligimet e veta. Detyra fundamentale e shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb e garantuara me ligj dhe t\u00eb sanksionoj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb duhur ata q\u00eb shkelin k\u00ebto apo organizohen kund\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtave dhe lirive t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb pranis\u00eb son\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebn ku ishte i supozuar t\u00eb mbahet festivali n\u00ebn mbik\u00ebqyrjen e policis\u00eb, huligan\u00ebt arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb vendosin nj\u00eb dry n\u00eb daljen e jashtme, duke krijuar nj\u00eb situat\u00eb ku njer\u00ebzit po mbahen peng brenda nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs para syve t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pretendojn\u00eb se nuk mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyjn\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00ebrmes ndalimit t\u00eb festivalit, Ministria e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme dhe Qeveria e Serbis\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb e kan\u00eb demonstruar se liria p\u00ebr tubim aplikohet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr grupet huligane, jo p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit dhe mysafir\u00ebt e festivalit. Gjat\u00eb njoftimit p\u00ebr ndalim, organizator\u00ebt u urdh\u00ebruan, n\u00ebn k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimin e pasojave, q\u00eb t\u00eb sigurohen q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit t\u00eb largohen nga Serbia, edhe pse vet ndalimi n\u00ebnkupton se ata m\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb festivalit por individ\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Autobusi q\u00eb po transportonte pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u ndalua n\u00eb Bubanj Potok, dhe ju ndalua hyrja n\u00eb Beograd. Organizator\u00ebt u udh\u00ebzuan t\u00eb kthejn\u00eb autobusin n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00ebn p\u00ebrcjellje t\u00eb policis\u00eb, urdh\u00ebr ky q\u00eb u ekzekutua rreth or\u00ebs 14:30.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kjo ndales\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn shkelje t\u00eb liris\u00eb p\u00ebr tubim, liris\u00eb s\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes dhe liris\u00eb s\u00eb shprehjes. Kjo poashtu shuan \u00e7do iluzion se kjo qeveri ka p\u00ebr prioritet nj\u00eb zgjidhje paq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Kosov\u00ebs apo integrimin evropian t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dje dhe sot, grupe t\u00eb ndryshme huligane dhe neo-naziste si Delije Sever, Patrolla e Njer\u00ebzve, Grupi 451 dhe Zetropa Serbia u lejuan q\u00eb lirsh\u00ebm t\u00eb zaptojn\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn Dorcol Platz, hap\u00ebsira kulturore ku ishte menduar t\u00eb niste festivali. Dje, muret e jashtme t\u00eb Dorcol Platz-it u ngjyros\u00ebn me mesazhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuese shoveniste t\u00eb drejtuara p\u00ebr mysafir\u00ebt e festivalit. Incidenti menj\u00ebher\u00eb u raportua n\u00eb polici dhe m\u00eb pas mesazhet u fshin\u00eb nga organizator\u00ebt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disa prej pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve t\u00eb festivalit arrit\u00ebn n\u00eb Beograd para disa dit\u00ebsh, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ata u ndikuan drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga kjo ndales\u00eb. Shteti zgjodhi t\u00eb rreshtohej me ata q\u00eb shkruan mesazhe si \u201cJasht\u00eb! dhe \u201cNuk jeni t\u00eb mir\u00ebseardhur!\u201d n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat e \u201cDorcol Platz-it\u201d n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmbjen nd\u00ebrmjet 25 dhe 26 qershorit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sot nj\u00eb grup prej rreth 150 huligan\u00ebve q\u00eb dukeshin uniform, ndaloi trafikun n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn Dobraqina dhe bllokoi hyrjen e Dorcol Platz-it, ashtu q\u00eb asnj\u00eb nga mysafir\u00ebt e festivalit si dhe organizator\u00ebt e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs t\u00eb mos mund t\u00eb hynin apo t\u00eb dilnin nga oborri prej or\u00ebs 12:00 pasdite.
