Roli i tyre n\u00eb ballafaqimin me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb demokratike q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse dhe q\u00eb lejon biseda q\u00eb respektojn\u00eb viktimat.
