P\u00ebr ta sh\u00ebnuar Dit\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Gruas, k\u00ebt\u00eb 8 Mars, ne t\u00eb posht\u00eb-n\u00ebnshkruarit b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb z\u00ebra t\u00eb grave t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen n\u00eb procesin e normalizimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Rezoluta 1325 e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb KB-ve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb specifike e njeh dhe e pranon rolin jetik q\u00eb luajn\u00eb grat\u00eb n\u00eb promovimin e paqes. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, Rezoluta 1325<\/a> po ashtu b\u00ebn thirrje p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb barabart\u00eb t\u00eb grave n\u00eb proceset e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb paqes.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb studim global mbi Rezolut\u00ebn 1325 t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb KB-ve gjeti se pjes\u00ebmarrja e grave \u00e7oi n\u00eb rritje deri n\u00eb 20% t\u00eb mund\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e paqes t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb dy vjet dhe n\u00eb rritje deri n\u00eb 35% t\u00eb mund\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb ajo marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet.<\/p>\n

S\u00eb k\u00ebndejmi, b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje m\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme t\u00eb grave n\u00eb negociatat q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhen me marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs. N\u00eb bisedimet q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhen me Dialogun e q\u00eb kan\u00eb zgjatur m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb, shum\u00eb pak grave u \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsia t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen n\u00eb proces.<\/p>\n

Grat\u00eb dhe grupet e grave \u2013 qoft\u00eb nga shoq\u00ebria civile, biznesi, politika, akademia, apo gjetiu \u2013 sjellin aft\u00ebsi dhe njohuri t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb gjith\u00ebmbarsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb paqes.
