Ne, organizatat dhe individ\u00ebt e n\u00ebnshkruar, i k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq, Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe Kuvendit Komb\u00ebtar q\u00eb t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb propozimet n\u00eb lidhje me nd\u00ebrmarrjen e hapave t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nd\u00ebrmjet Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs. Institucionet e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e tyre, si bart\u00ebs t\u00eb funksioneve publike, jan\u00eb t\u00eb obliguara t’u garantojn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre dhe gjeneratave t\u00eb ardhshme zbatimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb ardhshme nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi historike p\u00ebr autoritetet n\u00eb Serbi dhe qytetar\u00ebt e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar realitetin, si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur themelet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb mira fqinj\u00ebsore nd\u00ebrmjet serb\u00ebve dhe shqiptar\u00ebve, q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndryshonte p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb perspektiv\u00ebn e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Ballkanit. \u00c7do pamund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb biseduar me Prishtin\u00ebn i ka rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn ton\u00eb konfliktuale dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e nevojshme q\u00eb t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb zgjidhje duke punuar n\u00eb shkaqet q\u00eb paraqesin vatr\u00ebn e keqkuptimit ton\u00eb dhe kan\u00eb pasoja n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb tona kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr veprim politik t\u00eb pjekur dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm, i cili hap hap\u00ebsir\u00eb \u200b\u200bp\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbim n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet dhe ndryshimin e m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ne e shohim nj\u00ebri-tjetrin p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se tre dekada. Ne e konsiderojm\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme q\u00eb sh\u00ebrimi i p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm social t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb me procesin e nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkimit t\u00eb fatit t\u00eb t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb zhdukurve gjat\u00eb konfliktit t\u00eb armatosur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe t\u00eb filloj\u00eb zbatimin e mekanizmave t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb tranzicionale n\u00eb nivel institucional.<\/span><\/p>\n

Institucionet e Serbis\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb vendosura, k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebse dhe t\u00eb gatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndalur politikat dhe veprimet ekstremiste t\u00eb grupeve dhe individ\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ato grupe dhe individ\u00eb q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb ose kan\u00eb vepruar me mb\u00ebshtetjen e autoriteteve n\u00eb Serbi dhe q\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnojn\u00eb paqen, t\u00eb ardhmen evropiane t\u00eb vendit dhe promovojn\u00eb shkeljen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, diskriminimin, urrejtjen dhe g\u00ebnjeshtrat n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn publike.<\/span><\/p>\n

Negociatat evropiane nd\u00ebrmjet Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs dhe marr\u00ebveshja e paraqitur pal\u00ebve negociuese duhet t\u00eb komunikohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb transparente dhe t\u00eb gjitha informacionet relevante t\u00eb b\u00ebhen publike. Marr\u00ebveshja e re \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kthehet dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb nj\u00eb politik\u00eb pajtimi q\u00eb do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie, do t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb paqen dhe do t\u00eb forcoj\u00eb sundimin e ligjit. Ato jan\u00eb gjithashtu nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb q\u00eb t’i tregoj\u00eb bot\u00ebs se gatishm\u00ebria e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb ecur p\u00ebrpara reflektohet n\u00eb guximin p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb vendime q\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb zgjidhjen e konflikteve historike. Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb kurs i till\u00eb politik dhe social \u00ebsht\u00eb garanci p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur konfliktet e s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk jemi k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim p\u00ebr nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, por partner\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n
