Vendimi p\u00ebr nderim \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur nga asambleja komunale e kontrolluar na Partia Progresiste Serbe e presidentit serb, Aleksandar Vucic. Lazarevic ishte i d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr krime lufte n\u00eb Tribunalin Penal Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr ish-Jugosllavi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00eb 26 shkurt t\u00eb vitit 2009, Tribunali shpalli Vladimir Lazarevic fajtor p\u00ebr deportim dhe tjera akte \u00e7njer\u00ebzore duke p\u00ebrfshire deportime t\u00eb detyrueshme. Lazarevic u d\u00ebnua me 15 vjet burgim, nd\u00ebrsa u lirua n\u00eb vitin 2015 pas kryerjes s\u00eb dy t\u00eb tretat e d\u00ebnimit. Krimet e Lazarevic jan\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar si krime kund\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimit.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00ebshtu, ne i b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb nderimet e kriminel\u00ebve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohet n\u00eb procesin e pajtimit duke punuar s\u00eb bashku me vendet e tjera t\u00eb rajonit n\u00eb proceset e ballafaqimit me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e autoriteteve n\u00eb Serbi q\u00eb t\u00eb mos glorifikojn\u00eb kriminel\u00ebt e luft\u00ebs si Lazarevic. P\u00ebrkundrazi, shteti i Serbis\u00eb ka p\u00ebr obligim t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb penalisht t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb kryer krime lufte, por edhe t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzoj\u00eb sistemin e edukimit formal p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur kultur\u00ebn e p\u00ebrkujtimit t\u00eb viktimave t\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne, si brez i t\u00eb rinjve nga Kosova dhe Serbia, gjithmon\u00eb do t\u00eb jemi kund\u00ebr nderimit t\u00eb kriminel\u00ebve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs.
