{"id":8435,"date":"2018-05-06T18:40:52","date_gmt":"2018-05-06T17:40:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yihr.rs\/?p=8435"},"modified":"2020-02-11T18:41:07","modified_gmt":"2020-02-11T17:41:07","slug":"termination-of-seseljs-term-is-still-primary-topic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yihr.rs\/en\/termination-of-seseljs-term-is-still-primary-topic\/","title":{"rendered":"Termination of \u0160e\u0161elj\u2019s Term is Still Primary Topic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;The ban of the rally of the Serbian Radical Party was only partially right, as it was justified with the gatherings of individuals and originations that wanted to get in the way of \u0160e\u0161elj\u2019s threats and violence and not inspired by a clear position that the spreading of hate is not allowed.<\/p>\n<p><b>The Administrative Board and MPs of the National Assembly of Serbia must assume their part of responsibility in the \u0160e\u0161elj case and, without excuses and absurd explanations, apply the law and terminate his MP status. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any delay or refusal would represent an unlawful defense of \u0160e\u0161elj and, what is even more catastrophic for our society \u2013 a defense of \u0160e\u0161elj\u2019s politics of the 1990s which led to ethnic cleansing, countless victims and forced relocation of people.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Radicals\u2019 attack on \u0110or\u0111e \u017dujovi\u0107 and LDP must be prosecuted. Radicals\u2019 violence has repeatedly warned that the highest state officials must not equate ever again those who carry out and promote violence and those who fight it through their values, courage and clear resistance to the policy of hate.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\u0160e\u0161elj\u2019s travelling circus must not draw attention from the fact that he is a convicted war criminal who, according to the law, shall be stripped of the MP status.","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":6165,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":true,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"ngg_post_thumbnail":0},"categories":[57],"tags":[1161,941,803],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.7 -
