{"id":20724,"date":"2026-09-01T13:07:23","date_gmt":"2026-09-01T12:07:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yihr.rs\/?p=20724"},"modified":"2026-09-01T13:07:23","modified_gmt":"2026-09-01T12:07:23","slug":"important-notice-trial-of-activists-in-novi-sad-adjourned-until-30-october","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yihr.rs\/en\/important-notice-trial-of-activists-in-novi-sad-adjourned-until-30-october\/","title":{"rendered":"Important Notice: Trial of Activists in Novi Sad Adjourned Until 30 October"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The order signed by the presiding judge, Vladimir Pecovski, cites reasons of procedural economy and expediency as the grounds for postponing the trial.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Youth Initiative expresses concern that postponing such an important trial until a period following the announced elections, which have not yet been officially called, contributes to further deepening legal uncertainty in the country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We thank everyone who expressed interest in following the hearing on Friday, and we hope to see you all on October 30th in Novi Sad.
