This year\u2019s report is titled \u201cState of Denial \u2013 Serbia 2025: War Criminals as Distinguished Citizens\u201d, recalling the event that marked 2025 in terms of the scale of war crime denial and glorification of convicted war criminals \u2013 the death and funeral of Neboj\u0161a Pavkovi\u0107.
