{"id":18958,"date":"2025-07-15T10:39:00","date_gmt":"2025-07-15T09:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yihr.rs\/?p=18958"},"modified":"2025-07-16T11:26:14","modified_gmt":"2025-07-16T10:26:14","slug":"become-a-volunteer-for-belgrade-pride-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yihr.rs\/en\/become-a-volunteer-for-belgrade-pride-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Become a Volunteer for Belgrade Pride 2025!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Why Volunteer at Belgrade Pride?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volunteering at the most important protest for LGBTIQ+ rights in Serbia is an opportunity to contribute to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the promotion of human rights and freedoms,<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">strengthening solidarity and community,<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fighting discrimination and violence,<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">building a safer, fairer, and more inclusive society.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volunteers are a key part of Pride \u2013 through their engagement, they support the organization of the event, assist participants, help with preparations, and foster the spirit of community that makes Belgrade Pride so unique.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get to Know Pride<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before Pride Week begins, volunteers will have the chance to participate in a special preparatory program, including workshops, conversations with human rights experts, and practical workshops that will help you get ready for volunteering and better understand the broader context of the struggle for LGBTIQ+ rights.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Who Can Apply?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The call is open to all people who:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">want to contribute to the fight for human rights,<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">believe in equality, freedom, solidarity, inclusivity, and non-violence,<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">want to learn, meet new people, and be part of positive social change.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You don\u2019t need any previous volunteering experience \u2013 we\u2019re here to learn and grow together!
