The program is scheduled to <\/span><b>start on November 4, 2024.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selected interns will have the opportunity to participate in the work of civil society organizations, working on interesting projects and gaining knowledge in several areas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research and data analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advocacy and communication<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Project management<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Networking and establishing partnerships<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Event organization<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be between 18 and 30 years old<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be interested in working in civil society and in topics related to Kosovo and Serbia<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have excellent English language skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be capable of both independent work and teamwork<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be flexible and easily adaptable to a multicultural environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previous experience in the civil sector is desirable<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What do we expect from candidates?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commitment to the tasks they will work on during the internship<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation in the entire three-month paid internship program<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How can I apply?&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To apply, you need to submit the following documents using the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfNP-rE_nD55VFB2wQkYVsyM_G0E57NE_KRNqykAbNWVAT_FQ\/viewform\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">application form<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CV (maximum length 2 pages)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cover letter (maximum length 2 pages)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Application deadline: <\/span><b>October 18, 2024<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
